Inventory of In-person, Virtual and Hybrid Event Support Services

  1. DESCRIPTION

The AFN hosts a number of events in a fiscal year to provide information and/or engage with First Nations across Canada.  Chiefs, technicians, delegates, government from across the country generally come together to discuss needs and priorities. These events can rage in 1, 2 or 3-day events and may be held in person, virtual or a combination of both (hybrid).

The Assembly of First Nations is seeking to gather a database of organizations providing audio-visual support services including virtual event platform options for in-person, virtual or hybrid events.  Events can range from 100 – 3000+ attendees and may include any combination of the following options:

Virtual Events

  • Event website
  • Breakout rooms and/or sessions
  • Speaker/bio management
  • Polling/Voting
  • Chat
  • Recording and archiving of full event
  • Video editing/recording
  • Greenroom for presenters
  • Accessibility
  • Translation
  • Phone In
  • Virtual tradeshow
  • Gamification
  • Technical support
  • Reporting and analytics

In-Person Events

  • Audio
  • Video
  • Video editing
  • Recording
  • Lighting
  • Rigging
  • Internet
  • Live streaming
  • Simultaneous translation (On-site Translation booths)
  • Audience response systems

Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
