The National Asset Management Virtual Conference: Pathways to Sustainability will focus on discussion and updates on progress by First Nations on work related to Asset Management Planning (AMP); sharing of success AMP stories; networking and information sharing; and ongoing challenges with Operations and Maintenance.  The Conference will provide a forum for networking for First Nations, First Nations organizations, and industry partners on current and innovative practices.

It is expected that the virtual audience may include:

    • Public Works Managers
    • First Nations Asset Managers
    • Water and Wastewater Technicians
    • First Nations organizations and technicians working in the field of asset management and capital planning
    • Engineering consultants and industry professionals
    • Governmental and other non-governmental entities involved or interested in First Nations infrastructure issues

Conference Overview:

The National Asset Management Virtual Conference will host plenary sessions and workshops to focus on progress made by First Nations in the field of Asset Management Planning (AMP). The conference will also showcase efforts made by the Assembly of First Nations in advocating for an Asset Management Plan approach to making decisions about the use and care of infrastructure to deliver services, and the success stories achieved by First Nations engaged in this field.

This conference will also provide an opportunity to update your knowledge in Asset Management Planning and network with fellow infrastructure sector peers and professionals.
