Nomination papers will be available from the Chief Electoral Officer at the Elections Office in Ottawa, Ontario. For rules concerning the nomination and endorsement of candidates, please consult Appendix “A” 1990 Section D, Subsections 1-4 of the AFN Charter.
Individuals interested in becoming a Candidate for National Chief are invited to contact the Chief Electoral Officer or her assistant with questions or to request a Candidate Nomination Package using the contact information below.
Mail-outs, announcements and election particulars (e.g. electronic tabulation, candidate profiles) will be sent out following the June 19th nomination closing date, once all of the nominations received are in proper form.
